Our History
MaxCom Realty opened its doors in April of 2006 and was founded on the principle that a real estate agency really has two kinds of "clients" — the buyer or seller of a home and the real estate agent. As such, MaxCom Realty is focussed on providing residential and commercial real estate brokerage services and support to licensed real estate professionals and their clients.
At MaxCom, our agents (or Associates as we like to call them) are not simply contracted employees whose main purpose is to generate revenue for the broker. Our associates are our clients who deserve the same level of respect, commitment, and service as the folks who come to us to sell or find their home.
By servicing and supporting the agent in this way, we strongly believe that homebuyers and homesellers will also benefit.

Our Mission is to create an environment for our associates and clients that is more comfortable and flexible than other agencies while maintaining a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and commitment.
There is a need in the real estate industry for an agency that can be what the agent and/or client wants it to be — and not the other way around. We believe in allowing our clients to make their own informed choices and what works for one client may certainly not work for another. Therefore, MaxCom gives its Associates the ability to tailor their services and commission levels to fit the specific needs, financial and otherwise, of our clients. In this way, we believe the transaction is more efficient and leads to higher client satisfaction and referral rate.
