With MaxCom's commission structure, you are truly an independent businessperson — able to make all the necessary financial decisions for your small business. You decide the level of service required for your clients for the simple reason that each client's needs are different. And since we allow our associates to set their commission levels, you can tailor your services for your clients' individual needs.

At MaxCom, you don't need to "prove" yourself before you are rewarded with such a high commission. We don't require that you close X transactions in Y months. We don't ask that you bring in Z number of dollars before "graduating" to our 100% program. You can start now, right now, at 100% - no matter what volume of sales you do.
No Franchise Fees and No Hidden Costs
We do not, and will not ever, take any commission "off the top" to send to some corporate headquarters. We are an independently-owned, family-operated business. We are not accountable to any large corporation. Some of these franchise fees can be up to 8% before any commission splits. So you're 60% or 70% commission split is in actuality substantially less.
And don't forget the other fees some agencies charge. 1% advertising fee, 2% management fee, 1.5% listing maintenance fee, etc. At MaxCom, we don't believe in "feeing" down your commission. We are upfront about what you pay for what you get for that payment. It's that simple.
